The founder of R.C. Associates, Ray Carpenter is a licensed professional engineer and professional planner with over 30 years experience. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University and got his start as an engineer with the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Following the NJDOT he created R.C. Associates as an affordable engineering solution for the local Monmouth and Ocean County areas. In 2005, R.C. Associates Consulting, Inc. was incorporated and grew to the size it remains today. R.C. Associates now provides an array of engineering and planning services throughout the state of New Jersey. Ray has remained president of the company since inception and is actively involved in every project produced.
